Kaysi Hamilton was born and raised in Alvord, Texas. Many generations of her family have grown up in the Wise/Montague area. She and her husband, Randy, as well as her daughters, Blaine and Bailey, are all graduates of Alvord High School. Kaysi’s younger sons, Cutter and Coleman, currently attend Alvord ISD.

After graduating from UNT in 1999 with a degree in Education and a math specialization, Kaysi taught for 23 years in Wise county school districts including Alvord, Paradise, and Chico. Most of her career focused on gifted and talented as well as mathematics. She resigned from teaching in May of 2022 to assist her husband with his growing business as a local home builder and to help with her new grandbaby.

Learning about the real estate industry and housing trends through her husband’s business, inspired her to pursue a career in real estate. After completing her 180 hours of real estate education, Kaysi signed on with Parker Properties. Kaysi is confident that her deep-rooted connections with the Wise/Montage area will be an asset to Parker Properties and her success. She is excited about the possibilities of helping people in the north Texas area sell their properties and buy their dream homes.
