Joellen Stark is a lifelong resident of Montague County. Joellen brings a wealth of experience from her 24 years in the mental health field and her passion for helping others, including her volunteer work at the local animal shelter. She has been married to Joseph for 33 years, and together they raised our 2 sons in Bowie. They now have a bonus daughter and a sweet grandson, Parker, who calls her "Jelly."
